POLICIES: Please note that if you are making a purchase from Magic's Custom(ized) Tack, you are agreeing that you have read and agreed to all of the following policies!-DUE TO THE UN-PREDICTABLE NATURE OF HORSES AND/OR OTHER LIVESTOCK/PETS/ANIMALS AND ALL ACTIVITIES SURROUNDING THEM, MAGIC'S CUSTOM(IZED) TACK AND IT'S AFFILIATES, WORKERS, AND OWNER(S) CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED WHILE USING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS.
-Please note that not all turn around times are 100% guaranteed as we may be working ahead of schedule or behind schedule.
-If paying through Paypal, we will ship to the address on Paypal and not any other address due to Paypal's policies. Make sure your address is correct and up to date.
-A picture of your custom item will be e-mailed or messaged to you upon completion (however you first contacted me or the e-mail you placed the order with). You have ONE WEEK (7 days) to approve or else it will be shipped out without approval and we are not liable if something is incorrect.
-We ship everything out via USPS unless otherwise noted.
-We usually ship either priority mail or first class mail, if you we ship any faster/slower methods, we'll let you know.
-It is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to ask about purchasing insurance. This will generally run $1-$7 more. Otherwise we are not held responsible should your package get lost or damaged during shipping. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing insurance!
-Once items have been shipped, we do NOT have control over them. Please contact the post office if you're concerned about the whereabouts of your item(s). We will also do our best to help track it down if you let us know as well!
-Since we use the address given to us by you or paypal, we are not responsible if you've entered the wrong address or not let us know of a recent move.
-If you would like your tracking number, please feel free to contact us. We try to let everyone know their tracking # but sometimes we have problems with tracking emails being sent.
-No Refunds Policy: Since most of what we do is completely custom, we do NOT offer refunds. However, there are some exceptions should a major problem arise. If you have a problem, please contact us and we'll be happy to work out a solution. Our warranty on our products just covers repairs/replacements.
-In the event that we do agree on a refund, you'll need to ship your item(s) back at your own cost and once we receive the item(s) we'll send the refund. Refunds can take a few days to weeks to process especially if you paid by card and not Paypal.
-If anything breaks, fades, chips, falls off, or any other problem occurs, you can ship your tack back and we'll be happy to repair and ship it back. It'll be at no cost to you should it be maker error (my fault). If it's been damaged due to you, your horse, dog, or other unpredictable event there will be a cost to cover shipping and repairs.
-Please be sure to care for your tack. If you ship something back to be fixed and it's covered in dirt, sweat, been left out in the sun ect. then we will charge you to fix it. Bottom line, take good care of your tack and it should last a long time, if you don't take good care of it and it falls apart then that's out of our control.
-We'll stand behind our leatherwork for the life of them and fix any problems should they arise, whether or not that'll cost you will depend on each individual situation.
-If you recieve your tack and are not happy with it the way it came, please let us know within 7 days of recieving it so we can try to work something out. Please do not wait until after this to complain.
-Please keep in mind that if you send something back to get fixed, it's subject to current turn around time.
CONCHO/BUCKLE POLICY:- Please note that we are NOT the manufacturer of our hardware (conchos, buckles, spots, screws, etc) and we are not responsible for any hardware breaks or failures under normal or extreme conditions. We do our best to source high quality hardware in hopes this doesn't happen, but since we do not manufacture them ourselves, we cannot 100% guarantee them. However, we will offer replacements should anything break!
-We'll do free stone replacement should any rhinestones fall off your conchos in the first 18 months (year and a half) of owning your tack for free. Any needing replacing after that will be subject to shipping charges. This ONLY applies on the conchos we actually make/bling out ourselves. Prism conchos and conchos we buy "pre-blinged" are not covered by this, however we will replace these at wholesale cost.
-As stated in the warranty policy above, if your concho has clearly not been cared for or looks like it's been drug through the dirt, smashed againt a barrel, ect, we're going to charge you to fix it.
-IF the rhinestones have fallen off or been crushed as a result of being improperly handled (hitting a barrel, being dropped on the floor, stepped on ect.), then you'll be subject to shipping and possible repair charges.
-IF your concho falls off your tack, we do NOT cover this. It is YOUR responsibility to check your tack and make sure all screws are tight and not coming undone. On the same note, we do not cover stripped conchos either as it is your responsibility to make sure you put the screw in correctly or find the right sized screw. We will replace these at cost if needed.
-Should your conchos yellow in the first 18 months you have your tack, we'll be happy to replace them at no cost. Any time after the 18 months will be subject to shipping and repair costs.
- If you order something custom sized and you measured wrong, then we're not responsible for it not fitting correct. However, we will fix it for a fee. If I'm the one who has made the mistake in the sizing, I'll be more than happy to fix it at no cost.
-If I don't get instructions on something needed to be custom sized, then I assume it's standard horse size. If it doesn't fit, I will resize for a fee (or replace it if you ship it back), but please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to make sure they let me know if something needs to be sized differently than average. If needing a replacement, please be aware that it will be subject to current turn around time.
-Once you place an order, we do not offer cancellations. All sales, custom or not, are final.
-Please do not ask to change something major once you've placed an order as we most often order supplies needed for your tack within 24 hours of the purchase being made.
-If you need your item(s) by a certain date, you need to tell us BEFORE you place the order or else we cannot guarantee it'll be there by that date (plan ahead!). This may sometimes be subject to an extra fee if we'll need to order in supplies using a faster method of shipping or overnight to you.
-ALL designs/work belong to Magic's Custom(ized) Tack. If YOU actually draw out or computer generate what you want on your tack, then we'll respect that and not sell it to anybody else (hence meaning it's your design). However, if the work was not drawn out or computer generated by you then it is OUR design and we have the right to resell it. We can protect these designs if you'd like them to not be duplicated, however, this will cost you $100-$500 extra just depending on what it is you don't want being duplicated. Keep in mind that no two sets are ever exactly alike as they all have minor differences since we hand make everything.
-On the same note as the above policy, if you have a brand or logo (ect.) on conchos or tack, we will NOT duplicate your exact brand or logo for someone else. The design belongs to YOU in this case.
-Please note that the turn around time given is just an estimate and the actual turn around time may be longer or shorter. We DO NOT guarantee our turn around times due to the fact that this is a small business run by one person for the most part and there may be an unplanned event (such as medical, family, ect.) that prevents us from getting things done during their estimated turn around time.
-Must be 18 years or older to order. I don't mind discussing ideas and designs with anybody under 18, however your parents needs to be involved in the actual ordering/paying process.
-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
-Any items under $100, I do expect 100% down before I start
-For any items over $100, I can do a certain percentage down (usually 50-60%) and the remaining percentage once the item is ready to ship.
-I will require a percentage down before I start on any part of your item(s). This is NON-REFUNDABLE. I will expect the remaining percentage to paid when I complete the leatherwork and you are satisfied with it. I will give my turn-around times when you order so please be aware of when that remaining percentage is due!
-If you have anything completely custom (names, brands, picture conchos), I will expect the remaining percentage to be paid before those get put onto the item(s) to prevent me not being able to re-sell should a problem occur.
-In the event that you can't pay, I'll hold your item for 3 weeks. If at the end of that 3 weeks, you haven't paid, the tack is now in my possession and you will forfeit your deposit and NOT be refunded. -If you're worried that you won't be able to make a payment, then I suggest just paying for the entire purchase up front so you don't have to worry about making a payment.
-You're also more than welcome to make several smaller payments during the turn around time on the remaining percentage.
-Be sure to adjust all your tack properly so that it fits correctly and serves it's function.
-Use common sense when riding and working around horses and other livestock to ensure your safety.
-ALWAYS be sure to check your conchos, screws or anything else that may cause a problem on your tack and result in a wreck or safety concern.
-ALWAYS replace anything that's worn out or broken!
-If there is ever a safety concern or something not working properly, DO NOT use your tack!
