Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in Sparks Nevada right in the good ole USA! We do ship wherever you need though! Including internationally.

 

Q: How long will my item take to ship out?

A: Turn around time for custom orders is listed on the home page. Please keep in mind this does not include shipping time. Just completion time. You will receive an e-mail with a picture of your item for approval before it ships. In stock items ship within 3 business days-usually mon, wed, fri.

 

Q: Who do you ship with and how long does shipping take?

A: We ship using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS.com) and our items go out first class or priority mail depending on the size of the item. This usually takes 3-6 days to get to you. Canadian/International orders can take up to 2 weeks or possibly longer.

 

Q: Do you guys draw up/do mock ups before you start?

A: Generally no. If you really feel like you need a mock up, we do charge $20 per mock up as it does take away our time from actually working on orders.

 

Q: How do I place an order?

A: With this website set up, it's now easier than ever to place an order! Just simply select what you want, add on the options and send in the order! If you want something totally custom or feel overwhelmed by the website, feel free to shoot us an e-mail and we'll work out all the details.

 

Q: Tell me a little more about your blinged conchos.

A: Our rhinestones we use on our conchos are 100% swarovski. They're extremely blingy and bright, however they can break or crush (since they're glass) so always be careful not to treat them too roughly. We use an industrial strength adhesive to attach the rhinestones. With normal use, they hold up really well.  As with anything, if you take proper care of it, it'll last you a lot longer.

 

Q: How do I clean my tack?

A: With most tack, I suggest just wiping down the hide side with a wet rag. You can even take a fingernail brush or toothbrush to it to really get into the little bumps and clean everything out. You can oil and clean the back of your tack with saddle soap or normal leather cleaning methods. I don't suggest using these on any hides or paints though. Please note that oil might change the color of your leather so be sure to test it on a non-visible spot first. Q: Do you do refunds?

A: In most cases no. All sales are final. If there's an issue with your tack, we'll try to find a way to fix it. There are some cases where we will decide on a refund but it's up to our discretion whether or not it applies to that situation.
